Designing cars in Class 3.
For our design and technology topic this term we have been looking at toy cars. We began the topic by making three prototypes in groups and had great fun testing these out. We then thought about different materials and how durable they are alongside their environmental impact. The children then made their own car and calculated the cost of the components and produced an exploding diagram. We all had a brilliant time making them and also developed our skills and knowledge.
