Patterdale – Class 4 Residential

Trip Details

• Who: Class 4 pupils
• Where: Patterdale Hall, Glenridding
• When: 16th – 18th March 2026
• Cost: Approximately £270 per pupil
  • Includes accommodation, activities, equipment, insurance, and travel

Purpose & Benefits

• The trip is part of the school’s alternating programme between city breaks and outdoor education.
• Aims to build independence, resilience, confidence, teamwork, and lasting friendships.

Activities (Expected)

• Gorge walking
• Canoeing
• Climbing

Booking & Payment

• A £50 deposit is required by 24th May 2025 via Parentpay (or cheque).
• Full payment can be made in instalments, with the final payment due by January 2026.
• A Parent Information Evening will be held in early spring 2026.

Additional Notes

• If the cost is a barrier, parents are encouraged to speak with the headteacher before the deposit deadline.
