An exciting update has been made to the Fell Foot trip on Monday, 30th June 2025. Year 6 will now enjoy water sports on the lake with a qualified instructor, while Year 5 will take part in orienteering in the park. This replaces previous visits to Brockhole and comes at no extra cost. Children will return before the end of the school day and the kit list remains the same.
Parents are asked to return the permission slip by Friday, June 13th to confirm consent.
Class 4 will take part in a Waterwise Cumbria session at Fell Foot, Lake Windermere on Monday 30th June 2025, focusing on safe open water swimming and awareness. The session will be led by a qualified instructor, with equipment provided for less confident swimmers. Children must bring specific kit and a nut-free packed lunch. There is no cost, and pupils will return to school by 3:15pm. Parental consent, including permission to share Christian names and swimming levels with the provider, is required—please return the reply slip as soon as possible.
