Please see email sent 7th September 2026 from the School Aged Immunisations Team, regarding Nasal Flu vaccinations for Reception to Year 6 children, taking place in school on Tuesday 24th November 2026. The letter contains a link to the consent form.

If you have more than one child at the school, please complete a separate form for each child to either give/refuse consent.
